ThrivePoint Business Growth Accelerator Program (BGAP)
The Business Growth Acceleration Program has two simple goals for corporations:

First, to work with Minority Business Enterprises (MBE's) through development and execution of a thoughtful strategic plan that simply helps them grow their organizations. These plans will better position participating companies to meet their enterprise client needs.

Second, to help Corporate clients engage with MBE’s ready to meet their needs which in turn helps them meet their stated spending goals with diverse businesses.

Real World Business Ideas, Virtual Sessions & Execution
For the program to succeed with maximum effect, founders, leaders and managers must actively engage in the full offerings in the Business Growth Acceleration Program. The uniqueness of the program incorporates the real world business knowledge of our presenters while our one-on-one virtual mentoring sessions support this directive by addressing your specific business situations. Finally, you’ll meet other participating peers, mentors, instructors and sponsors and we encourage partnerships and continued networking to ensure lasting organizational impact.

The Experience
The five month experience can have a lasting impact on your business; it has for our past participants. The virtual instructor-led training modules are paired with two in-person events​: one at the start to enable you to meet the key players and another at the conclusion of our time together for networking and presentations to corporate supplier diversity professionals.

Some specific topics for our virtual sessions include strategic growth planning, leadership, employee engagement and motivation drivers, innovation culture, business diversification, market research, finance, scenario planning, and using technology for engagement and retention.

The five month program is scheduled to provide participants the ability to engage, discuss, and consider the presented topics for immediate application in their businesses. We meet virtually as a group for ten two-hour discussions over five months. The breaks are planned to allow for one-on-one scheduled mentoring in between the group sessions as well as generous breaks for the busy seasons.

We work hand in hand with corporate supplier diversity program leaders and business executives on development and delivery of BGAP-type programs. Project teams are hand-selected based on the goals of each tailored program.
