THRIVEPOINT METHODOLOGY
The ThrivePoint Process Team Methodology is the conceptual framework underlying all our programs. It was developed by Thrivepoint Programs founder, Dina Finta and her team while developing her previous corporate training company, Momentum. This process remains key to our approach in all programs.

Dina Finta is an entrepreneur and the founder of ThrivePoint Programs. She has 20+ years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, business leaders, executives and entrepreneurs to train and educate their teams for maximum impact. As an entrepreneur herself, she uses her real-world experience to create impactful programs to support long-term organizational growth and individual learning for businesses with the goal of changing behavior. Dina incorporates her corporate, entrepreneurial and higher education experiences into each ThrivePoint project.

Prior to launching ThrivePoint Programs, Dina helped create the John F. Kennedy University Institute of Entrepreneurial Leadership, a program designed to guide and mentor entrepreneurs. Serving as the director, she led dynamic teams, teaching and mentoring over 200 entrepreneurs who now lead companies with annual revenues totaling over $1.8 Billion. Now, she works on projects where she and her selected project team members can use their talent and passions to bring results. Dina brings her talented network of successful business leaders from all backgrounds and experiences to projects. Each engagement involves close work with stakeholders to determine each client's individual needs and providing solutions mapped to specific business goals.
Dina has experience in many business topics but has a personal passion and deep experience in employee development and engagement. She believes a key drive of success for organizations of any size is true understanding and engagement at all levels. Engagement focused on the mission, innovation and commitment every day.
Currently, Dina runs the company while living with her family in the beautiful Pacific NW. In addition to ThrivePoint Programs, Dina is a certified yoga instructor and certified wellness & nutrition coach. She loves to spend her free time doing yoga, hanging out with family + dogs and learning to grow her own food.
